The Medina County Fair and Carnival is held each year on the third weekend in September at the Medina County Fair Grounds. Saturday morning begins with the Medina County Fair Parade in downtown Hondo. Look for the Medina County Republican Party float and those of local Republican Candidates. The MCRP always has a very informative display in the Fair Hall.

While you're there, enjoy two days of food, fun and entertainment. There are livestock prospect shows and petting zoos in the show barn, vendors and home arts winners on display in the Fair Hall, with musical entertainment throughout the day.
